🥤 Fresh Raspberry Lemonade

Ingredients
- Sugar 275 g
- Raspberries, fresh 250 g
- Organic Lemons 2 pcs.
- Mineral water, classic 1 L
Instructions
- 1. Put 500 milliliters of water and the sugar into a pot.
- 2. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring constantly.
- 3. Let the syrup simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
- 4. Remove the raspberries from their stems.
- 5. Wash the lemons thoroughly.
- 6. Cut one lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 7. Slice the second lemon into thin rounds.
- 8. Add the raspberries, lemon slices, and lemon juice to the pot with the hot syrup.
- 9. Let the mixture simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.
- 10. Remove the pot from the heat and let the lemonade steep for 10 minutes.
- 11. Pour the syrup through a fine mesh sieve into a clean bowl.
- 12. Gently press the fruit in the sieve to extract the last bit of flavor.
- 13. Fill the hot syrup immediately into a bottle or a screw-top jar.
- 14. Seal the container airtight.
- 15. Place the container upside down on its lid for 5 minutes.
- 16. Turn the container right side up and let the syrup cool down completely.
- 17. Store the syrup refrigerated in the fridge.
- 18. Mix the lemonade in a ratio of 1 part syrup to 2.5 parts sparkling water.
- 19. Enjoy your drink!
