  1. 1. Place the raspberries in a tall mixing jug.
  2. 2. Let the berries thaw slightly.
  3. 3. Wash the mint thoroughly under running water.
  4. 4. Shake the mint dry.
  5. 5. Separate four nice mint leaves or tips for decoration.
  6. 6. Puree the raspberries with the blender.
  7. 7. Remove about 100 grams of the raspberry puree.
  8. 8. Pour the removed puree into the serving glasses.
  9. 9. Add the yogurt to the remaining raspberry puree in the mixing jug.
  10. 10. Add the cane sugar.
  11. 11. Blend the mixture briefly.
  12. 12. Carefully distribute the finished smoothie onto the prepared glasses.
  13. 13. Garnish each smoothie with the reserved mint leaves.
