🥤 Fruity Raspberry Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients
- frozen raspberries 400 g
- fresh mint 5 g
- Greek-style cream yogurt 600 g
- brown sugar pinch
Instructions
- 1. Place the raspberries in a tall mixing jug.
- 2. Let the berries thaw slightly.
- 3. Wash the mint thoroughly under running water.
- 4. Shake the mint dry.
- 5. Separate four nice mint leaves or tips for decoration.
- 6. Puree the raspberries with the blender.
- 7. Remove about 100 grams of the raspberry puree.
- 8. Pour the removed puree into the serving glasses.
- 9. Add the yogurt to the remaining raspberry puree in the mixing jug.
- 10. Add the cane sugar.
- 11. Blend the mixture briefly.
- 12. Carefully distribute the finished smoothie onto the prepared glasses.
- 13. Garnish each smoothie with the reserved mint leaves.
