🥤 Raspberry Sparkling Wine

Ingredients
- raspberries, fresh 200 g
- vanilla sugar 2 tbsp
- sekt, dry 800 ml
Instructions
- 1. Wash and sort the raspberries. In a pot, combine with vanilla sugar and 2 tablespoons of water, then simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Strain through a sieve to collect the syrup and let it cool.
- 2. Distribute 2 tablespoons of raspberry syrup into each glass and top up with sparkling wine. Serve the raspberry sparkling wine.
