🥤 Chocolate Raspberry Martini with Vodka

Ingredients
- couverture, dark 50 g
- vodka 100 ml
- cream liqueur 60 ml
- ice cubes 2 tbsp
- vanilla ice cream 75 g
- raspberries, fresh 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Bring about 500 milliliters of water to a boil in a pot.
- 2. Roughly chop the chocolate couverture.
- 3. Melt 250 grams of the couverture in a bowl over the hot water bath.
- 4. Dip the rims of two cocktail glasses into the melted chocolate.
- 5. Place the glasses in the refrigerator to let the chocolate set.
- 6. Put vodka, cream liqueur, ice cubes, vanilla ice cream, and raspberries into a food processor.
- 7. Puree the ingredients into a creamy mixture.
- 8. Pour the cocktail into the prepared glasses.
- 9. Garnish the drink with fresh raspberries or cocoa powder to taste.
