🥤 Raspberry Radler

Ingredients
- Lemons 0.5 pc.
- Raspberries, fresh 50 g
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Beer 200 ml
Instructions
- 1. Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice. Thoroughly wash the raspberries and remove any bad ones if necessary. Puree the sugar, raspberries, and lemon juice in a tall container. Strain the mixture through a sieve.
- 2. To serve, fill a glass with the raspberry puree and top up with well-chilled beer or mineral water. Enjoy the Raspberry Radler cold. Prost!
