🍽️ Raspberry Cookies

Ingredients
- flour, Type 405 200 g
- powdered sugar 110 g
- almonds, ground 100 g
- vanilla sugar 1 packet
- salt pinch
- butter 100 g
- eggs 1 pc.
- raspberry jam 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Put flour, 100 g powdered sugar, ground almonds, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt into a bowl.
- 2. Add cold, cubed butter and one egg.
- 3. Knead the ingredients with your hands until you have a smooth dough.
- 4. Wrap the dough in cling film.
- 5. Place the dough in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
- 6. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- 7. Dust a work surface with flour.
- 8. Roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin.
- 9. Cut out cookies using a round cookie cutter.
- 10. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 11. Cut a heart shape into the center of half of the cookies.
- 12. Spread jam on the cookies without the heart cutout.
- 13. Place the heart-shaped tops on top.
- 14. Bake the cookies in the oven for approx. 12 minutes.
- 15. Remove the cookies when they are golden brown.
- 16. Let the raspberry cookies cool down.
- 17. Sprinkle powdered sugar over them before serving.
