  1. 1. Put flour, 100 g powdered sugar, ground almonds, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt into a bowl.
  2. 2. Add cold, cubed butter and one egg.
  3. 3. Knead the ingredients with your hands until you have a smooth dough.
  4. 4. Wrap the dough in cling film.
  5. 5. Place the dough in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
  6. 6. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  7. 7. Dust a work surface with flour.
  8. 8. Roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin.
  9. 9. Cut out cookies using a round cookie cutter.
  10. 10. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  11. 11. Cut a heart shape into the center of half of the cookies.
  12. 12. Spread jam on the cookies without the heart cutout.
  13. 13. Place the heart-shaped tops on top.
  14. 14. Bake the cookies in the oven for approx. 12 minutes.
  15. 15. Remove the cookies when they are golden brown.
  16. 16. Let the raspberry cookies cool down.
  17. 17. Sprinkle powdered sugar over them before serving.
