  1. 1. Place the raspberries in a tall container and let them thaw.
  2. 2. Put the sugar and 125 milliliters of water into a small saucepan.
  3. 3. Heat the mixture while stirring until the sugar has completely dissolved.
  4. 4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the mint.
  5. 5. Let the mixture rest for about 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Remove the mint leaves from the syrup.
  7. 7. Pour the syrup over the thawed raspberries.
  8. 8. Blend the mixture with a hand blender until it is fine and smooth.
  9. 9. Pour the raspberry puree into the ice pop molds.
  10. 10. Insert the ice pop sticks into the molds.
  11. 11. Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze overnight.
  12. 12. Dip the ice pop molds briefly in hot water before serving.
  13. 13. Remove the ice pops from the molds and serve them.
