🍰 Raspberry Mint Ice Pop

Ingredients
- frozen raspberries 400 g
- sugar 50 g
- fresh mint 20 g
Instructions
- 1. Place the raspberries in a tall container and let them thaw.
- 2. Put the sugar and 125 milliliters of water into a small saucepan.
- 3. Heat the mixture while stirring until the sugar has completely dissolved.
- 4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the mint.
- 5. Let the mixture rest for about 20 minutes.
- 6. Remove the mint leaves from the syrup.
- 7. Pour the syrup over the thawed raspberries.
- 8. Blend the mixture with a hand blender until it is fine and smooth.
- 9. Pour the raspberry puree into the ice pop molds.
- 10. Insert the ice pop sticks into the molds.
- 11. Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze overnight.
- 12. Dip the ice pop molds briefly in hot water before serving.
- 13. Remove the ice pops from the molds and serve them.
