  1. 1. Bring raspberries together with water in a pot to a boil. Simmer gently over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Then strain the raspberries through a fine sieve and let them drain well.
  2. 2. In the same pot, bring 100 ml of the raspberry water with sugar to a boil. Simmer until the sugar has completely dissolved. Then let the raspberry syrup cool down.
  3. 3. Fill 3 tbsp of the raspberry syrup into a sparkling wine glass and top up with sparkling wine. Serve the Raspberry Mimosa directly. Cheers! Tip: Store the remaining raspberry syrup in a bottle.
