🥤 Raspberry Mimosa

Ingredients
- raspberries, frozen 200 g
- water 150 ml
- sugar 100 g
- sparkling wine, semi-dry 100 ml
Instructions
- 1. Bring raspberries together with water in a pot to a boil. Simmer gently over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Then strain the raspberries through a fine sieve and let them drain well.
- 2. In the same pot, bring 100 ml of the raspberry water with sugar to a boil. Simmer until the sugar has completely dissolved. Then let the raspberry syrup cool down.
- 3. Fill 3 tbsp of the raspberry syrup into a sparkling wine glass and top up with sparkling wine. Serve the Raspberry Mimosa directly. Cheers! Tip: Store the remaining raspberry syrup in a bottle.
