Ingredients
- raspberries, fresh 1 kg
- organic limes 2 pcs.
- sugar with pectin 500 g
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the raspberries thoroughly. Clean the limes with hot water, zest about 2 tablespoons, then cut in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 2. In a pot over medium heat, combine raspberries, gelling sugar, lime zest, and juice, stirring occasionally until it boils. Let it bubble for about 3 minutes while stirring.
- 3. Immediately fill the hot, clean jars (250 ml each) to the brim with the jam, seal tightly, and let cool.
