🥤 Raspberry Gin Tonic

Ingredients
- Sugar 50 g
- water 70 ml
- raspberries, fresh 300 g
- gin 200 ml
- tonic water 600 ml
Instructions
- 1. Bring sugar and water in a pot to a boil over medium heat and simmer for about 2 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly. Wash the raspberries thoroughly and drain.
- 2. In a tall container, puree the raspberries, except for 12 pieces, thoroughly. Pass the raspberry puree through a fine sieve to remove the seeds. Collect the liquid.
- 3. In a cocktail shaker, mix the sugar syrup with the raspberry juice and Gin well. Distribute the reserved raspberries along with ice cubes among the glasses and pour the raspberry-Gin mixture evenly over them. Top up with Tonic Water and serve.
