  1. 1. Bring sugar and water in a pot to a boil over medium heat and simmer for about 2 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly. Wash the raspberries thoroughly and drain.
  2. 2. In a tall container, puree the raspberries, except for 12 pieces, thoroughly. Pass the raspberry puree through a fine sieve to remove the seeds. Collect the liquid.
  3. 3. In a cocktail shaker, mix the sugar syrup with the raspberry juice and Gin well. Distribute the reserved raspberries along with ice cubes among the glasses and pour the raspberry-Gin mixture evenly over them. Top up with Tonic Water and serve.
