🍽️ Fruity Raspberry Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients
- raspberries, fresh 100 g
- balsamic vinegar, light 2 tbsp
- mustard 1 tbsp
- olive oil 5 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the raspberries under running water.
- 2. Place all ingredients for the dressing into a tall container.
- 3. Blend the mixture with a hand blender until it is fine and smooth.
- 4. Strain the dressing through a fine mesh sieve to remove any seeds.
- 5. Season the dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
- 6. Pour the dressing directly over your salad.
- 7. Store the remaining dressing in a closed jar in the refrigerator.
