  4. 4. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
  5. 5. Let the dough rise covered in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  6. 6. Wait until the dough volume has doubled.
  7. 7. Grease a Bundt pan well.
  8. 8. Grate the Parmesan finely.
  9. 9. Place the pesto on deep plates.
  10. 10. Knead the dough briefly again on a lightly floured work surface.
  11. 11. Divide the dough into about 20 equal-sized balls.
  12. 12. Roll each ball in either the pesto or the Parmesan.
  13. 13. Place the balls into the prepared baking pan.
  14. 14. Let the monkey bread rise for another 30 minutes.
  15. 15. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  16. 16. Bake the monkey bread in the oven for about 30 minutes.
  17. 17. Let the baked goods cool down afterwards.
  18. 18. Serve the monkey bread and enjoy.
