Ingredients
- all-purpose flour, Type 405 200 g
- baking powder 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- quark 40% fat in total solids 125 g
- oil 50 ml
- onions, yellow 500 g
- butter 2 tbsp
- crème fraîche 150 g
- eggs 1 pc.
- milk 300 ml
- cornstarch 2 tbsp
- ham cubes 125 g

Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, knead flour, baking powder, salt, quark, and oil into a homogeneous dough. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for a while.
