Ingredients
- organic limes 2 pcs.
- tomato juice 500 ml
- orange juice 200 ml
- buttermilk 200 ml
- plain yogurt 2 tbsp
- soy sauce 3 tsp
- chili, ground pinch
- pistachios 20 g
- cucumbers 1 pc.
- bell pepper, red 1 pc.
- bell pepper, yellow 1 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the juice from the halved limes.
- 2. Mix tomato and orange juice, buttermilk, and yogurt in a bowl.
- 3. Season the liquid with soy sauce, chili powder, and the lime juice.
- 4. Divide the mixture among four glasses.
- 5. Remove the pistachios from their shells.
- 6. Roughly chop the pistachios.
- 7. Wash the cucumber thoroughly.
- 8. Cut the cucumber lengthwise into quarters.
- 9. Remove the seeds from the cucumber pieces.
- 10. Cut the cucumber pieces into pieces about 2 cm in size.
- 11. Wash the bell pepper thoroughly.
- 12. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper.
- 13. Cut the bell pepper into cubes of about 2 cm in size.
- 14. Thread the prepared vegetables onto four skewers.
- 15. Sprinkle the shakes with the chopped pistachios.
- 16. Serve the shakes together with the skewers.
