Ingredients
- We flour, Type 405 300 g
- salt pinch
- butter 160 g
- eggs 1 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Put the flour and a pinch of salt into a bowl.
- 2. Cut the cold butter into small cubes.
- 3. Work the butter cubes into the flour with your fingers or a tool until you have a crumbly mixture.
- 4. Add one egg.
- 5. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
- 6. Wrap the dough tightly in cling film.
- 7. Place the wrapped dough in the fridge for about 30 minutes to rest.
- 8. Now continue processing the dough according to your desired recipe and bake it.
