🍽️ Savory Kiwi Salad with Bananas and Tomatoes

Ingredients
- Organic Lemons 1 g
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Honey 3 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Kiwi 4 pcs
- Vine Tomatoes 500 g
- Bananas 2 pcs
- Chives, fresh 10 g
- Macadamia nuts, roasted and salted 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lemon, cut it in half, and squeeze out the juice. In a bowl, mix the lemon juice with oil and honey, then season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Peel the kiwis and trim the ends. Wash the tomatoes. Slice both into thin rounds. Peel the banana and slice it thinly as well. Wash the chives, dry them, and cut into fine rings. Coarsely chop the nuts.
- 3. Combine all ingredients in the bowl with the dressing and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve the savory kiwi salad with bananas and tomatoes in small bowls and enjoy. Bon appétit!
