🍰 Savory Breakfast Muffin Burgers

Ingredients
- butter 175 g
- eggs 3 pcs
- sour cream 100 g
- wheat flour, type 405 250 g
- baking powder 0.5 pack
- sugar 0.5 tsp
- tomato paste 1 tbsp
- corn salad 50 g
- Gouda sliced cheese 5 slices
- salami sliced meat 5 slices
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Mix soft butter, eggs, 100 grams of sour cream, flour, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl using a hand mixer with beaters until you have a smooth batter.
- 3. Grease the cups of a muffin tin or line them with baking cups.
- 4. Distribute the batter evenly among the cups.
- 5. Bake the muffins in the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
- 6. Remove the muffins from the oven and take them out of the tin.
- 7. Let the muffins cool completely on a wire rack.
- 8. Mix the remaining sour cream in a bowl with tomato paste, salt, and pepper.
- 9. Wash the lamb's lettuce and gently shake it dry.
- 10. Cut the cheese and salami slices in half.
- 11. Slice the cooled muffins horizontally through the middle.
- 12. Spread the tomato cream onto the bottom halves.
- 13. Top the muffins with lamb's lettuce, salami, and cheese.
- 14. Place the top muffin halves on top as lids.
- 15. Secure each burger with a wooden skewer to hold it together.
- 16. Serve the burgers immediately.
