  2. 2. Mix soft butter, eggs, 100 grams of sour cream, flour, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl using a hand mixer with beaters until you have a smooth batter.
  3. 3. Grease the cups of a muffin tin or line them with baking cups.
  4. 4. Distribute the batter evenly among the cups.
  5. 5. Bake the muffins in the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. 6. Remove the muffins from the oven and take them out of the tin.
  7. 7. Let the muffins cool completely on a wire rack.
  8. 8. Mix the remaining sour cream in a bowl with tomato paste, salt, and pepper.
  9. 9. Wash the lamb's lettuce and gently shake it dry.
  10. 10. Cut the cheese and salami slices in half.
  11. 11. Slice the cooled muffins horizontally through the middle.
  12. 12. Spread the tomato cream onto the bottom halves.
