  4. 4. Wash the bell pepper thoroughly.
  5. 5. Cut the bell pepper in half and remove the core with the seeds.
  6. 6. Dice the cored bell pepper.
  7. 7. Cut the onion in half.
  8. 8. Peel off the outer skin of the onion.
  9. 9. Finely chop the onion.
  10. 10. Rinse the thyme under water.
  11. 11. Dry the thyme with a kitchen towel.
  12. 12. Carefully pluck the thyme leaves from the stems.
  13. 13. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
  14. 14. Add the cut vegetables to the hot pan.
  15. 15. Sauté the vegetables for about 5 to 8 minutes until they are soft.
  16. 16. Season the mixture with salt.

  18. 18. Add the plucked thyme leaves to the pan.
