  3. 3. Cut the bell peppers in half and remove the stem and seeds.
  4. 4. Dice the bell pepper flesh into small cubes.
  5. 5. Halve the onion and peel it.
  6. 6. Slice the onion into thin rings.
  7. 7. Wash the tomatoes.
  8. 8. Cut the tomatoes in half.
  9. 9. Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
  10. 10. Sauté the bell pepper cubes and onion rings for about 3 minutes.
  11. 11. Stir occasionally.
  12. 12. Deglaze the pan with red wine.
  13. 13. Season the mixture with thyme, salt, and pepper.
  14. 14. Let the vegetables simmer for 5 minutes until soft.
  15. 15. Add the tomatoes in the last 2 minutes.
  16. 16. Remove the vegetables from the pan.
  17. 17. Let the vegetables cool down slightly.
  18. 18. Mix sour cream, Gouda, and egg in a bowl.
  19. 19. Season the cream with salt and pepper.
  20. 20. Roll out the dough flat.
  21. 21. Use a glass to cut out 12 circles from the dough.

  23. 23. Place the dough circles into the muffin cups.
  24. 24. Distribute the egg mixture evenly into the cups.
  25. 25. Spread the prepared bell pepper mixture on top.
