  1. 1. Fill a large pot with about 4 liters of water and add salt. Place the pot on the stove and bring the water to a boil. Cover the pot while you prepare the bell pepper.
  2. 2. Wash the bell pepper thoroughly. Cut it lengthwise into quarters and remove the seeds.
  3. 3. Take one of the bell pepper quarters and cut it into small cubes.
  4. 4. Take the remaining bell pepper quarters and cut them crosswise into thin strips.
  5. 5. Wash the arugula thoroughly. Let it drain well in a colander.
  6. 6. Add the gnocchi to the boiling salted water.
  7. 7. Let the gnocchi cook for about 3 minutes.
  8. 8. Watch for when the gnocchi rise to the surface. Once they float, they are done.
  9. 9. Drain the gnocchi in a colander to remove the water.
  10. 10. Place the gnocchi on a plate and set them aside.
  11. 11. Take a small bowl and add the bell pepper cubes.
  12. 12. Add some paprika powder to the cubes.
  13. 13. Add crème fraîche to the bowl.
  14. 14. Mix the bell pepper cubes, paprika powder, and crème fraîche well together.
