Ingredients
- butter 60 g
- sugar 100 g
- baking powder 4 tsp
- vanilla sugar 1 packet
- salt pinch
- wheat flour, type 405 140 g
- milk 220 ml
- eggs 16 pcs
Instructions
- 1. Melt 60 grams of butter in a pot or in the microwave.
- 2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat).
- 3. Pour the melted butter into a large bowl.
- 4. Add 100 grams of sugar to the bowl.
- 5. Add 4 teaspoons of baking powder to the mixture.
- 6. Add 1 packet of vanilla sugar to the mixture.
- 7. Add a pinch of salt to the mixture.
- 8. Add 140 grams of flour to the mixture.
- 9. Add 220 milliliters of milk to the mixture.
- 10. Add 4 eggs to the mixture.
- 11. Stir all ingredients together to form a creamy batter.
- 12. Grease the muffin molds if they are not non-stick.
- 13. Fill the muffin molds about halfway with the batter.
- 14. Keep about a quarter of the batter in a separate bowl.
- 15. Crack an egg into each muffin mold on top of the existing batter.
- 16. Carefully distribute the remaining batter over the eggs in the molds.
- 17. Place the muffin molds into the preheated oven.
- 18. Bake the muffins for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- 19. Carefully remove the muffins from the oven.
- 20. Let the muffins cool down briefly before eating them.
- 21. Enjoy the savory egg muffins directly.
