  1. 1. Melt 60 grams of butter in a pot or in the microwave.
  2. 2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat).
  3. 3. Pour the melted butter into a large bowl.
  4. 4. Add 100 grams of sugar to the bowl.
  5. 5. Add 4 teaspoons of baking powder to the mixture.
  6. 6. Add 1 packet of vanilla sugar to the mixture.
  7. 7. Add a pinch of salt to the mixture.
  8. 8. Add 140 grams of flour to the mixture.
  9. 9. Add 220 milliliters of milk to the mixture.
  10. 10. Add 4 eggs to the mixture.
  11. 11. Stir all ingredients together to form a creamy batter.
  12. 12. Grease the muffin molds if they are not non-stick.
  13. 13. Fill the muffin molds about halfway with the batter.
  14. 14. Keep about a quarter of the batter in a separate bowl.
  15. 15. Crack an egg into each muffin mold on top of the existing batter.
  16. 16. Carefully distribute the remaining batter over the eggs in the molds.
  17. 17. Place the muffin molds into the preheated oven.
  18. 18. Bake the muffins for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  19. 19. Carefully remove the muffins from the oven.
  20. 20. Let the muffins cool down briefly before eating them.
