  9. 9. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, mustard, and chili.
  10. 10. Let the mixture simmer gently for about twelve minutes.
  11. 11. Check if the ingredients are soft and remove the pan from the heat when they are.
  12. 12. Wash the parsley thoroughly under running water.
  13. 13. Dry the parsley completely using a kitchen towel or a salad spinner.
  14. 14. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
