Ingredients
- flour, Type 405 200 g
- baking powder 0.5 packet
- brown sugar 125 g
- vanilla sugar 1 packet
- cinnamon 1 tsp
- almonds, ground 125 g
- eggs 1 pc.
- butter 150 g
- raspberry jam 200 g
- powdered sugar 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, baking powder, cane sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, and ground almonds in a large bowl.
- 2. Add one egg and cubed butter to the flour mixture.
- 3. Knead the dough with a hand mixer and dough hooks until well combined.
- 4. Take the dough out of the bowl and knead it briefly by hand on a work surface.
- 5. Wrap the dough in cling film.
- 6. Place the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- 7. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 8. Take two-thirds of the dough out of the refrigerator.
- 9. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface.
- 10. Grease a springform pan.
- 11. Place the rolled-out dough into the springform pan.
- 12. Press a border about 2 cm high up the sides.
- 13. Fill the jam evenly into the dough base.
- 14. Press the overhanging dough edge slightly downwards to smooth it.
- 15. Take the remaining third of the dough out of the refrigerator.
- 16. Roll out this part of the dough as well.
- 17. Cut out small hearts from the dough.
- 18. Place the hearts on top of the jam.
- 19. Bake the tart for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
- 20. Take the tart out of the oven.
- 21. Let the tart rest in the pan for about 10 minutes.
- 22. Carefully release the tart from the pan.
- 23. Place the tart on a cooling rack.
- 24. Let the tart cool completely.
- 25. Dust the tart with powdered sugar if desired.
- 26. Serve the tart and enjoy.
