  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 220 °C (top/bottom heat). Wash the kale, tear it into bite-sized pieces and spin it dry. In a bowl, thoroughly mix the kale with salt, oil and sesame seeds and spread it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake it in the oven for about 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Meanwhile, halve the orange and squeeze out the juice. Wash the apples, quarter them, remove the core and cut them into thin wedges. In a bowl, mix the orange juice with salt, pepper, mustard, honey and olive oil. Roughly chop the cranberries and walnuts.
  3. 3. Take the kale out of the oven, let it cool for a moment and mix it in the bowl with the apple wedges, cranberries, walnuts and the orange dressing. Serve the autumn salad with kale and apple on plates and garnish with walnuts. Enjoy your meal!
