Ingredients
- pomegranate 0.5 pc.
- sugar 1 tbsp.
- grapefruit 1 pc.
- white rum 30 ml
- ice cubes 5 tbsp.
Instructions
- 1. Cut open the pomegranate and squeeze out the juice. In a pot, bring the pomegranate juice and sugar to a boil over medium heat, then let the syrup cool down.
- 2. Cut the grapefruit in half and slice off two thin slices for decoration. Squeeze the rest of the grapefruit.
- 3. Add 3 cl pomegranate syrup, 3 cl grapefruit juice, and 4 cl rum to a cocktail shaker and mix vigorously.
- 4. Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice cubes and serve immediately decorated with the grapefruit slices. Cheers!
