🥤 Hot Apple Cider

Ingredients
- ginger, fresh 5 g
- lemons 0.5 pcs.
- sugar 1 tsp
- apple juice 100 ml
- apples, red 0.5 pcs.
- cider 100 ml
Instructions
- 1. Peel the ginger and cut into small pieces. Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice. In a pot, warm the sugar, ginger, and apple and lemon juice over medium heat.
- 2. Meanwhile, peel the apples, halve them, remove the core, and slice or shave them thinly. Add these to the warm apple juice and let steep covered for about 5 minutes.
- 3. Add the cider to the lukewarm apple juice and heat again for about 1 minute. Serve the hot apple cider. Cheers!
