  1. 1. Finely chop the white chocolate (coating chocolate).
  2. 2. Set aside one tablespoon of the chopped chocolate.
  3. 3. Add the milk and one teaspoon of gingerbread spice to a pot.
  4. 4. Heat the mixture on medium heat until it boils.
  5. 5. Reduce the heat to low.
  6. 6. Add the rest of the white chocolate to the hot milk.
  7. 7. Let the chocolate steep under a lid for about 10 minutes.
  8. 8. Pour the cream into a tall container.
  9. 9. Whip the cream stiff using a hand mixer with a whisk attachment.
  10. 10. Strain the hot chocolate milk into a cup through a sieve.
  11. 11. Top with one tablespoon of the whipped cream.
  12. 12. Garnish the drink with the reserved white chocolate and a pinch of gingerbread spice.
  13. 13. Serve the hot chocolate immediately and cheers!
