🥤 Creamy Hot White Chocolate Drink

Ingredients
- white chocolate 40 g
- Milk 200 ml
- gingerbread spice mix 1.5 tsp
- whipping cream 100 ml
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the white chocolate (coating chocolate).
- 2. Set aside one tablespoon of the chopped chocolate.
- 3. Add the milk and one teaspoon of gingerbread spice to a pot.
- 4. Heat the mixture on medium heat until it boils.
- 5. Reduce the heat to low.
- 6. Add the rest of the white chocolate to the hot milk.
- 7. Let the chocolate steep under a lid for about 10 minutes.
- 8. Pour the cream into a tall container.
- 9. Whip the cream stiff using a hand mixer with a whisk attachment.
- 10. Strain the hot chocolate milk into a cup through a sieve.
- 11. Top with one tablespoon of the whipped cream.
- 12. Garnish the drink with the reserved white chocolate and a pinch of gingerbread spice.
- 13. Serve the hot chocolate immediately and cheers!
