🥤 Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
- chocolate, milk chocolate 200 g
- milk 800 ml
- salt pinch
- whipping cream 100 g
- cinnamon 0.25 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Roughly chop the chocolate. Heat milk with salt in a pot, then reduce to the lowest setting and melt the chocolate in it.
- 2. In a bowl, whip the cream with a hand mixer and whisk until stiff.
- 3. Pour the hot chocolate into cups and top with whipped cream and cinnamon.
