  1. 1. Roughly chop the chocolate. Heat milk with salt in a pot, then reduce to the lowest setting and melt the chocolate in it.
  2. 2. In a bowl, whip the cream with a hand mixer and whisk until stiff.
  3. 3. Pour the hot chocolate into cups and top with whipped cream and cinnamon. Enjoy!
