🥤 Spicy Hot Chocolate with Rum

Ingredients
- milk 200 ml
- whipping cream 50 g
- cayenne pepper 0.25 tsp
- chocolate, dark 25 g
- white rum 20 ml
Instructions
- 1. Put the milk, cream, and cayenne pepper into a pot.
- 2. Heat the mixture over medium heat until it boils.
- 3. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 4. Cover the pot and let the mixture rest for ten minutes.
- 5. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- 6. Pour the chili milk back into the pot through a sieve.
- 7. Add the chopped chocolate and the sugar.
- 8. Melt everything over medium heat until smooth.
- 9. Pour the rum into a mug.
- 10. Fill the mug with the hot chocolate.
- 11. Serve the drink immediately.
