🥤 Fresh Blueberry Syrup

Ingredients
- blueberries, fresh 300 g
- lemons 1 pc
- water 200 ml
- brown sugar 150 g
- vanilla sugar 0.5 packet
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the blueberries under running water.
- 2. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 3. Place the water and blueberries into a pot.
- 4. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
- 5. Reduce the heat to low.
- 6. Let the berries steep for about 10 minutes.
- 7. Strain the blueberries through a sieve.
- 8. Catch the released juice in a container.
- 9. Place the juice, lemon juice, cane sugar, and vanilla sugar into a clean pot.
- 10. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
- 11. Let the syrup simmer for about 10 minutes.
- 12. Pour the hot syrup into sterilized jars or bottles.
- 13. Seal the containers immediately.
- 14. Store the syrup in a cool, dark place until you are ready to use it.
