  2. 2. Grease a loaf pan with baking spray.
  3. 3. Beat the soft butter with the sugar, a pinch of salt, and the vanilla extract until creamy and light, about 4 to 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the eggs and mix them in for about one minute.
  5. 5. Add the flour, baking powder, and ground almonds, and mix everything briefly.
  6. 6. Place 200 grams of blueberries and the starch in a separate bowl.
  7. 7. Toss the berries in the bowl until they are completely coated with the starch.
  8. 8. Gently fold the dusted blueberries into the batter.
  9. 9. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the surface.
  10. 10. Bake the cake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.
  11. 11. Slice the grapefruit thinly and quarter the slices.
  12. 12. Dust the finished cake with powdered sugar.
  13. 13. Decorate the cake for serving with the remaining 50 grams of blueberries and the grapefruit slices.
