  1. 1. Put sugar and water into a pot.
  2. 2. Heat the mixture until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. 3. Let the syrup cool down.
  4. 4. Wash the blueberries thoroughly.
  5. 5. Drain the berries.
  6. 6. Put the whipping cream into a mixing bowl.
  7. 7. Whip the cream firmly with a hand mixer.
  8. 8. Put the skyr into a separate bowl.
  9. 9. Mix the skyr well with the vanilla sugar.
  10. 10. Gently fold the whipped cream into the skyr mixture.
  11. 11. Take 50 grams of the blueberries.
  12. 12. Puree these berries with half of the cooled sugar syrup.
  13. 13. Place the ladyfinger biscuits side by side in a rectangular dish.
  14. 14. Drizzle the remaining syrup over the biscuits.
  15. 15. Distribute 300 grams of the blueberries evenly over the biscuits.
  16. 16. Spread the skyr cream evenly over the berries.
  17. 17. Put the blueberry sauce on top of the skyr layer.
  18. 18. Gently fold the sauce in until it is distributed.
  19. 19. Place the dish in the refrigerator to chill.
  20. 20. Garnish the finished dessert with the remaining fresh blueberries.
  21. 21. Serve the blueberry skyramisu.
