  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Mix butter, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, oat flakes, apple juice, and flour in a bowl using a hand mixer with dough hooks to form a dough.
  3. 3. Spread the dough about one centimeter thick onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  4. 4. Bake the dough in the oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. 5. Allow the baked dough to cool down completely.
  6. 6. Break the cooled dough into small pieces.
  7. 7. Distribute the dough pieces onto the bottom of the serving glasses.
  8. 8. Drain the peaches and catch the juice.
  9. 9. Cut the peach pieces into bite-sized chunks.
  10. 10. Thoroughly wash the blueberries under running water.
  11. 11. Distribute the blueberries evenly over the dough pieces in the glasses.
  12. 12. Mix the yogurt with the remaining sugar in a bowl.
  13. 13. Whip the cream in a tall container using a hand mixer with a whisk attachment until stiff.
  14. 14. Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture.
  15. 15. Layer the yogurt-cream mixture and the peach pieces alternately on top of the blueberries in the glasses.
  16. 16. Place the trifle glasses in the refrigerator for a while to chill them.
  17. 17. Serve the trifle well chilled.
