🍰 Fruity Blueberry Peach Trifle

Ingredients
- butter 75 g
- Brown sugar 100 g
- Salt pinch
- Cinnamon pinch
- Oat flakes, coarse 60 g
- Apple juice, cloudy 100 ml
- Wheat flour, Type 405 50 g
- Peaches from can 500 g
- Blueberries, fresh 300 g
- Yogurt, plain 200 g
- Whipping cream 300 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Mix butter, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, oat flakes, apple juice, and flour in a bowl using a hand mixer with dough hooks to form a dough.
- 3. Spread the dough about one centimeter thick onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 4. Bake the dough in the oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
- 5. Allow the baked dough to cool down completely.
- 6. Break the cooled dough into small pieces.
- 7. Distribute the dough pieces onto the bottom of the serving glasses.
- 8. Drain the peaches and catch the juice.
- 9. Cut the peach pieces into bite-sized chunks.
- 10. Thoroughly wash the blueberries under running water.
- 11. Distribute the blueberries evenly over the dough pieces in the glasses.
- 12. Mix the yogurt with the remaining sugar in a bowl.
- 13. Whip the cream in a tall container using a hand mixer with a whisk attachment until stiff.
- 14. Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture.
- 15. Layer the yogurt-cream mixture and the peach pieces alternately on top of the blueberries in the glasses.
- 16. Place the trifle glasses in the refrigerator for a while to chill them.
- 17. Serve the trifle well chilled.
