Ingredients
- butter 150 g
- sugar 150 g
- vanilla sugar 1 packet
- eggs 3 pcs
- wheat flour, Type 405 200 g
- baking powder 0.5 packet
- salt pinch
- blueberries, frozen 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Add soft butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs to a mixing bowl and mix with the measuring cup for 2 minutes on setting 4. Then add flour, baking powder, and salt and stir with the measuring cup for 1 minute on setting 3 until you have a homogeneous dough.
- 2. Scrape the mixture down from the sides of the mixing bowl with a spatula and mix again with the measuring cup for 20 seconds on setting 4. Gently fold the blueberries into the dough with the spatula.
- 3. Grease the indentations of a muffin tin or line them with paper liners. Distribute the dough evenly on top. Bake in the oven for about 20–25 minutes until golden brown. Remove the muffins from the oven, release them from the tin, and let them cool on a cake rack. Enjoy your meal!
