Ingredients
- butter 150 g
- sugar 150 g
- vanilla sugar 1 packet
- salt pinch
- eggs 2 pcs.
- wheat flour, type 405 200 g
- baking powder 0.5 packet
- blueberries, frozen 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Beat the soft butter in a bowl with a hand mixer and whisk until fluffy.
- 3. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, and the eggs to the butter alternately and mix well.
- 4. Sift flour and baking powder into the bowl.
- 5. Stir the dry ingredients in quickly until a homogeneous dough forms.
- 6. If the dough is too thick, add a little milk.
- 7. Gently fold the frozen blueberries into the dough.
- 8. Grease the indentations of a muffin tin or line them with paper liners.
- 9. Distribute the dough evenly among the cups.
- 10. Bake the muffins in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
- 11. Remove the muffins and turn them out of the tin.
- 12. Let them cool on a wire rack.
