  2. 2. Place eggs, sugar, one packet of vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  3. 3. Beat the mixture until creamy using a hand mixer with beaters.
  4. 4. Melt the butter and add it to the egg mixture along with the milk.
  5. 5. Stir in the flour and baking powder briefly until incorporated.
  6. 6. Wash the blueberries and remove any stems or unripe berries.
  7. 7. Dry the berries on kitchen paper.
  8. 8. Grease a baking dish and spread the blueberries inside.
  9. 9. Pour the batter evenly over the berries.
  10. 10. Bake the clafoutis for about 45 minutes until the batter is set.
  11. 11. Whip the cream until stiff, adding vanilla sugar as you go.
  12. 12. Remove the clafoutis from the oven and let it cool down.
  13. 13. Serve the dessert with the whipped cream.
