🍰 Blueberry Clafoutis with Whipped Cream

Ingredients
- Eggs 4 pcs.
- Sugar 125 g
- Vanilla Sugar 2 packets
- Salt 1 pinch
- Butter 25 g
- Milk 250 g
- Wheat flour, Type 405 100 g
- Baking powder 0.5 packets
- Blueberries, fresh 300 g
- Whipped cream 200 ml
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Place eggs, sugar, one packet of vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
- 3. Beat the mixture until creamy using a hand mixer with beaters.
- 4. Melt the butter and add it to the egg mixture along with the milk.
- 5. Stir in the flour and baking powder briefly until incorporated.
- 6. Wash the blueberries and remove any stems or unripe berries.
- 7. Dry the berries on kitchen paper.
- 8. Grease a baking dish and spread the blueberries inside.
- 9. Pour the batter evenly over the berries.
- 10. Bake the clafoutis for about 45 minutes until the batter is set.
- 11. Whip the cream until stiff, adding vanilla sugar as you go.
- 12. Remove the clafoutis from the oven and let it cool down.
- 13. Serve the dessert with the whipped cream.
