  2. 2. Add sugar, salt, and flour to a large bowl.
  3. 3. Whisk the eggs and milk together in a separate container.
  4. 4. Pour half of the egg-milk mixture into the flour bowl.
  5. 5. Stir the batter until smooth with no lumps.
  6. 6. Slowly pour in the remaining egg-milk mixture while stirring constantly.
  7. 7. Let the finished batter rest for about 15 minutes.
  8. 8. Thoroughly wash the pears.
  9. 9. Peel the pears and cut them into quarters.
  10. 10. Remove the cores from the pear quarters.
  11. 11. Cut the pears into thin wedges.
  12. 12. Grease a baking dish with a diameter of 26 to 28 centimeters.
  13. 13. Place the pear wedges evenly into the dish.
  14. 14. Distribute the remaining butter in small pieces over the pears.
  15. 15. Place the dish in the preheated oven for 5 to 8 minutes.
  16. 16. Rinse the blueberries under running water.
  17. 17. Drain the blueberries well.
  18. 18. Chop the pecans coarsely.
