  5. 5. Knead the ingredients until a smooth dough forms.
  6. 6. Place the dough in a warm spot and cover it.
  7. 7. Let the dough rise for about one hour until it has doubled in size.
  8. 8. Knead the dough briefly again after it has risen.
  9. 9. Continue working the dough on a slightly floured surface.
  10. 10. If necessary, let the dough rise again, covered, for one hour.
  11. 11. Bake your dough as desired, for example as a loaf of bread or on a baking sheet.
  12. 12. When using dry yeast, use one packet per 500 grams of flour.
