Ingredients
- Sweet potatoes 4 pcs
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Cornstarch 1 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Pizza dough with tomato sauce 1 pcs
- Ground meat, mixed 600 g
- Eggs 1 pcs
- Breadcrumbs 3 tbsp
- Pepper, sweet 1 tsp
- Mayonnaise 5 tbsp
- Barbecue sauce 4 tbsp
- Honey 1 tsp
- Vine tomatoes 2 pcs
- Mini romaine lettuce 1 pcs
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (convection). Wash, peel, and cut the sweet potatoes into long strips. In a bowl, mix well with 2 tbsp oil, starch, salt, and pepper. Spread everything evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
- 2. Roll out the pizza dough and shape it into a large ball; the tomato sauce can be used for another purpose. Cut the dough ball into four parts, shape them into burger buns, and bake on another baking sheet for approx. 15 minutes.
- 3. In a bowl, mix the ground meat well with egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and paprika powder. Form 4 patties from the mixture. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the patties for approx. 5 minutes on each side.
- 4. In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise well with barbecue sauce and honey. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the tomatoes and slice them. Carefully separate the lettuce leaves, wash them, and dry thoroughly.
- 5. Take the burger buns out of the oven, halve them, and top with dip, lettuce, tomato, and the burger patties as desired. Serve with the sweet potato fries. Enjoy your meal!
