  2. 2. Peel the pears.
  3. 3. Cut the pears in half.
  4. 4. Remove the seeds from the pear halves.
  5. 5. Dice the pear flesh into small cubes.
  6. 6. Add eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt to a large bowl.
  7. 7. Beat the ingredients with a hand mixer using the whisk attachment until the mixture is frothy.
  8. 8. Stir the oil into the egg mixture.
  9. 9. Add the nuts, flour, baking powder, and buttermilk.
  10. 10. Mix everything well until a uniform batter forms.
  11. 11. Gently fold the pear cubes into the batter.
  12. 12. Grease a loaf pan.
  13. 13. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  14. 14. Smooth the surface of the batter.
