  1. 1. Cut the onions in half and peel them. Dice the onions finely.
  2. 2. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  3. 3. Cut the tomatoes in half.
  4. 4. Wash the basil and pat it dry. Pick the leaves off the stems and chop them roughly.
  5. 5. Take a bowl and add half of the diced onions and the chopped garlic.
  6. 6. Add the halved tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil to the onion-garlic mixture.
  7. 7. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and sugar.
  8. 8. Mix everything well in the bowl.
  9. 9. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
  10. 10. Take a second bowl and add paprika powder, one tablespoon of lemon juice, and mayonnaise.
  11. 11. Stir the mayonnaise-lemon mixture well.
  12. 12. Place the bowl in the fridge until you need the sauce.
  13. 13. Slice the mozzarella.
  14. 14. Wash the parsley and pat it dry.
  15. 15. Pick the parsley leaves off the stems.
  16. 16. Chop the parsley leaves finely.
  17. 17. Take a third bowl and add the remaining garlic and onions.
  18. 18. Add the minced meat, chopped parsley, ketchup, mustard, an egg, and breadcrumbs to the bowl.
  19. 19. Mix the meat mixture well with your hands or a spoon.
  20. 20. Season the meat mixture with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
  21. 21. Form four equal-sized patties from the mixture.
  22. 22. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a frying pan over medium to high heat.
  23. 23. Place the patties in the hot pan.
  24. 24. Fry the patties for about five minutes per side until golden brown.
  25. 25. Remove the cooked patties from the pan.
  26. 26. Let the patties rest for a short moment.
  27. 27. Cut the buns in half.
  28. 28. Place the bun halves in the pan drippings.
  29. 29. Toast the buns over medium heat for about two minutes until golden brown.
  30. 30. Top the bun halves with mozzarella slices as desired.
  31. 31. Add the paprika mayonnaise sauce to the buns.
  32. 32. Add the tomato-basil salsa to the buns.
  33. 33. Place the patties on top and serve the burgers.
