  4. 4. Add flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  5. 5. Mix everything with the measuring cup inserted for 1 minute on speed 3 until you have a smooth dough.
  6. 6. Push the mixture down from the inner wall of the bowl using a spatula.
  7. 7. Mix the mixture again for 20 seconds on speed 3 with the measuring cup inserted.
  8. 8. Grease the cups of a muffin tin or line them with baking cups.
  9. 9. Distribute the dough evenly into the cups.
  10. 10. Bake the muffins in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
  11. 11. Take the muffins out of the oven and remove them from the tin.
  12. 12. Let the muffins cool completely on a wire rack.

  21. 21. Transfer the cream to a container and chill it for about 30 minutes.
  22. 22. Spread the cold butter cream onto the cooled muffins using a piping bag or a spoon.
