  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 160 °C (top/bottom heat). In a bowl, beat the soft butter together with the sugar using a hand mixer until fluffy. Gradually add the eggs. Stir in the flour with the baking powder and finally add the oat flakes.
  2. 2. Place small portions on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Make sure to leave enough space between the mounds as they will spread while baking. Bake the oat cookies for about 16 minutes until golden yellow and let them cool before serving. Enjoy!
