  2. 2. Place the rösti on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  3. 3. Bake the rösti in the oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  4. 4. Mix oatmeal with mustard, paprika powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. 5. Pour 200 milliliters of hot vegetable broth over the oatmeal mixture.
  6. 6. Let the oatmeal mixture soak covered for about 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Peel the carrots and halve them lengthwise.
  8. 8. Cut the carrot halves into half-moons.
  9. 9. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a small pot.
  10. 10. Sauté the carrot rings in the hot oil for about 5 minutes.
  11. 11. Add the peas to the carrots.
  12. 12. Fill the pot with 250 milliliters of water.
  13. 13. Simmer the vegetables for about 10 minutes.
  14. 14. Drain the vegetables in a sieve.
  15. 15. Melt margarine in a pot.
  16. 16. Add 1 tablespoon of flour to the melted margarine.
  17. 17. Sauté the flour for about 1 minute.
  18. 18. Deglaze the sauce with 200 milliliters of soy drink.
  19. 19. Add the drained vegetables to the sauce.
  20. 20. Knead the oatmeal mixture with moistened hands.
  21. 21. Form 4 even schnitzels from the mixture.
  22. 22. Roll the schnitzels first in the flour.
  23. 23. Then dip the schnitzels in the soy drink.
  24. 24. Finally roll the schnitzels in the breadcrumbs.
  25. 25. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat.
  26. 26. Fry the oatmeal schnitzels on each side for about 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
