Ingredients
- Bananas 2 pcs.
- Raspberries, fresh 100 g
- Blueberries, fresh 100 g
- Oats, fine 180 g
- Flaxseeds, whole 80 g
- Peanut butter 4 tbsp
- Soy drink 400 ml
Instructions
- 1. Peel the bananas.
- 2. Slice the bananas diagonally into thin pieces.
- 3. Wash the raspberries and blueberries thoroughly.
- 4. Let the berries drain well.
- 5. Take four small bowls.
- 6. Distribute 40 grams of oatmeal into each bowl.
- 7. Place the banana slices on top of the oatmeal.
- 8. Sprinkle flaxseeds over the top.
- 9. Add a dollop of peanut butter.
- 10. Distribute the raspberries and blueberries over the bowl.
- 11. Serve the bowl with a plant-based drink of your choice.
