  1. 1. In a pot, bring the oat drink and 1 tablespoon of sugar to a boil over medium heat. Gradually add the semolina while constantly stirring and let it simmer on low heat for about 2–3 minutes until it thickens into a creamy mixture. Distribute the porridge into bowls and let it cool.
  2. 2. Meanwhile, heat a pan over medium to high heat and toast the oats for about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar and allow to caramelize. Then transfer to parchment paper to cool.
  3. 3. Add a spoonful of strawberry jam to each serving of the semolina porridge and sprinkle with the caramelized oats. Enjoy your meal!
