🍽️ Chicken Wraps with Creamy Curry Dip

Ingredients
- Lemon 1 pc.
- Garlic cloves 1 pc.
- Vine tomatoes 2 pc.
- Mini Romaine lettuce 1 pc.
- Avocado 1 pc.
- Chicken breast fillets 600 g
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Paprika, sweet 1 tsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Curry powder 1 tsp
- Cream cheese, plain 200 g
- Wraps 4 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze half of the lemon and set the juice aside.
- 2. Peel the garlic and chop it very finely.
- 3. Wash the tomatoes, halve them, and remove the seeds and watery pulp.
- 4. Slice the remaining tomato flesh into thin strips.
- 5. Wash the lettuce, cut it into strips, and let it drain well.
- 6. Halve the avocado and remove the pit.
- 7. Scoop the flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
- 8. Slice the avocado.
- 9. Drizzle the avocado slices with a little lemon juice.
- 10. Rinse the chicken and pat it dry with paper towels.
- 11. Cut the meat into thin strips.
- 12. Season the chicken strips with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
- 13. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan over high heat.
- 14. Fry the chicken strips until golden brown on all sides for about three minutes.
- 15. Reduce the heat to a medium level.
- 16. Add one tablespoon of butter and a splash of lemon juice to the pan.
- 17. Cook the chicken with the lid closed for another three minutes.
- 18. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.
- 19. Leave the cooking juices in the pan.
- 20. Reheat the pan over medium heat.
- 21. Fry the chopped garlic with curry powder in the pan juices for about one minute.
- 22. Transfer the mixture to a bowl with cream cheese.
- 23. Mix everything thoroughly.
- 24. Adjust the dip with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- 25. Wipe the pan clean quickly.
- 26. Heat one tablespoon of oil in the pan over medium heat.
- 27. Warm the wraps on both sides for about one minute.
- 28. Spread each wrap with some curry dip.
- 29. Top the wraps with tomatoes, lettuce, avocado, and chicken.
- 30. Roll the wraps up tightly.
- 31. Serve the wraps immediately.
