  2. 2. Peel the garlic and chop it very finely.
  3. 3. Wash the tomatoes, halve them, and remove the seeds and watery pulp.
  4. 4. Slice the remaining tomato flesh into thin strips.
  5. 5. Wash the lettuce, cut it into strips, and let it drain well.
  6. 6. Halve the avocado and remove the pit.
  7. 7. Scoop the flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
  8. 8. Slice the avocado.
  9. 9. Drizzle the avocado slices with a little lemon juice.
  10. 10. Rinse the chicken and pat it dry with paper towels.
  11. 11. Cut the meat into thin strips.
  12. 12. Season the chicken strips with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
  13. 13. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan over high heat.
  14. 14. Fry the chicken strips until golden brown on all sides for about three minutes.
  15. 15. Reduce the heat to a medium level.
  16. 16. Add one tablespoon of butter and a splash of lemon juice to the pan.
  17. 17. Cook the chicken with the lid closed for another three minutes.
