  6. 6. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  7. 7. Peel the garlic.
  8. 8. Finely chop the garlic.
  9. 9. Wash the parsley.
  10. 10. Dry the parsley.
  11. 11. Remove the thick stems from the parsley.
  12. 12. Finely chop the parsley.
  13. 13. Put yogurt, garlic, and parsley into a bowl.
  14. 14. Mix the ingredients for the dip.
  15. 15. Add some lemon juice to the dip.
  16. 16. Season the dip with salt and pepper.
  17. 17. Wash the tomatoes.
  18. 18. Cut the tomatoes in half.
  19. 19. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes.
  20. 20. Cut the tomatoes into thin strips.
  21. 21. Cut the romaine lettuce into quarters.
  22. 22. Wash the romaine lettuce.
  23. 23. Dry the romaine lettuce well.
  24. 24. Cut the romaine lettuce into strips.
  25. 25. Cut the avocado in half.
  26. 26. Remove the pit of the avocado.
  27. 27. Carefully loosen the avocado flesh from the skin with a spoon.
  28. 28. Slice the avocado into thin slices.
  29. 29. Drizzle the avocado slices with some lemon juice.
  30. 30. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over high heat.
