🍽️ Chicken Wraps with Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
- chicken breast fillets 400 g
- organic lemons 1 pc.
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- parsley, fresh 20 g
- yogurt, plain 200 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- vine tomatoes 250 g
- romaine lettuce 1 pc.
- avocado 1 pc.
- oil 1 tbsp
- wraps, whole grain 4 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken breast fillets under cold water.
- 2. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Let the meat rest for a moment.
- 4. Wash the lemon thoroughly.
- 5. Cut the lemon in half.
- 6. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 7. Peel the garlic.
- 8. Finely chop the garlic.
- 9. Wash the parsley.
- 10. Dry the parsley.
- 11. Remove the thick stems from the parsley.
- 12. Finely chop the parsley.
- 13. Put yogurt, garlic, and parsley into a bowl.
- 14. Mix the ingredients for the dip.
- 15. Add some lemon juice to the dip.
- 16. Season the dip with salt and pepper.
- 17. Wash the tomatoes.
- 18. Cut the tomatoes in half.
- 19. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes.
- 20. Cut the tomatoes into thin strips.
- 21. Cut the romaine lettuce into quarters.
- 22. Wash the romaine lettuce.
- 23. Dry the romaine lettuce well.
- 24. Cut the romaine lettuce into strips.
- 25. Cut the avocado in half.
- 26. Remove the pit of the avocado.
- 27. Carefully loosen the avocado flesh from the skin with a spoon.
- 28. Slice the avocado into thin slices.
- 29. Drizzle the avocado slices with some lemon juice.
- 30. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over high heat.
- 31. Slice the chicken meat diagonally into thin strips.
- 32. Season the chicken strips with salt.
- 33. Fry the chicken in the hot oil on all sides for about 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
- 34. Reduce the heat.
- 35. Add 1 to 2 drops of lemon juice.
- 36. Cover the pan with a lid.
- 37. Finish cooking the chicken for approx. 3 minutes.
- 38. Brush the wraps with some cooking juices.
- 39. Spread the yogurt dip evenly on the wraps.
- 40. Top the wraps with the tomatoes.
- 41. Top the wraps with the avocado.
- 42. Top the wraps with the lettuce.
- 43. Top the wraps with the chicken.
- 44. Roll the wraps up tightly.
- 45. Serve the wraps.
