🥗 Grilled Chicken Skewers with Salad and Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
- Chicken skewers 600 g
- Lemons 1 pcs
- Garlic cloves 1 pcs
- Basil, fresh 10 g
- Parsley, fresh 10 g
- Yogurt, plain 150 g
- Salt Pinch
- Pepper, black ground Pinch
- Romaine lettuce 125 g
- Cucumbers 1 pcs
- Cherry tomatoes Mix 150 g
- Onions, red 1 pcs
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Take the chicken skewers out of the fridge and let them reach room temperature for a moment.
- 2. Wash the lemon thoroughly.
- 3. Grate about one teaspoon of the lemon zest.
- 4. Cut the lemon in half.
- 5. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
- 6. Peel the garlic.
- 7. Finely chop the garlic.
- 8. Wash the herbs.
- 9. Pluck the leaves off the herbs.
- 10. Chop the herbs finely.
- 11. Put the yogurt into a bowl.
- 12. Add the grated lemon zest.
- 13. Add one tablespoon of lemon juice.
- 14. Add the chopped garlic.
- 15. Add the chopped herbs.
- 16. Mix all ingredients for the dip well.
- 17. Season the dip with salt and pepper.
- 18. Wash the salad.
- 19. Dry the salad well.
- 20. Cut the salad into strips.
- 21. Wash the cucumber.
- 22. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
- 23. Slice the cucumber halves into rounds.
- 24. Wash the tomatoes.
- 25. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
- 26. Cut the onion in half lengthwise.
- 27. Peel the onion.
- 28. Cut the onion into thin strips.
- 29. Put two tablespoons of lemon juice into a separate bowl.
- 30. Add mustard.
- 31. Add salt.
- 32. Add pepper.
- 33. Stir the ingredients for the dressing.
- 34. Stir in the oil.
- 35. Stir until the dressing is creamy.
- 36. Add the salad and vegetables to the dressing.
- 37. Mix everything well together.
- 38. Preheat the grill.
- 39. Place the chicken skewers on the hot grill.
- 40. Grill the skewers for about eight minutes until crispy.
- 41. Plate the grilled chicken skewers.
