🍽️ Grilled Chicken Skewers with Zucchini Strips

Ingredients
- Zucchini 2 pcs.
- Olive oil 3 tbsp.
- Salt 1 pinch
- Pepper, black ground 1 pinch
- Parsley, fresh 30 g
- Organic Lemon 1 pcs.
- Chicken skewers 600 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the zucchini thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut off the hard ends on both sides of the zucchini.
- 3. Slice the zucchini lengthwise into strips about 0.5 cm thick.
- 4. Place the zucchini strips into a bowl.
- 5. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- 6. Mix everything well so the zucchini is marinated.
- 7. Wash the parsley thoroughly under running water.
- 8. Shake the parsley dry to remove excess water.
- 9. Pluck the small leaves from the stems.
- 10. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
- 11. Wash the lemon with hot water.
- 12. Grate about 1 teaspoon of lemon zest finely.
- 13. Cut the lemon in half.
- 14. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 15. Place the chopped parsley into a separate bowl.
- 16. Add the lemon zest.
- 17. Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
- 18. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- 19. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 20. Stir the herb dressing ingredients well.
- 21. Preheat the grill to the desired heat.
- 22. Place the marinated zucchini strips on the hot grill.
- 23. Grill the zucchini for about 6 minutes.
- 24. Turn the zucchini several times while grilling.
- 25. Place the chicken skewers on the hot grill.
- 26. Grill the chicken skewers for about 6 to 8 minutes.
- 27. Remove the grilled zucchini from the grill.
- 28. Add the zucchini to the bowl with the herb dressing.
- 29. Toss the zucchini well with the dressing.
- 30. Distribute the zucchini onto the plates.
- 31. Place the grilled chicken skewers alongside.
- 32. Serve the dish immediately.
